Fall-tober and the pre-hockey shenanigans

It is sometime around the end of October that I embarked on a travel to the beach. Not for a last minute tan, but for the color palette that the North Atlantic Ocean brings to the Long Island Sound. The water is a muck green, and the beach an ashy brown. If you were to see my daily attire you would understand why my eyes became drawn to these colors. The crisp air reminds me of winter, one of my favorite seasons due to the start of the NHL and my own recreational hockey play.

It's good to see the younger kids are getting into it too.
